Structure
All structural RCC works shall abide to the IS 456 standards and the latest IS   codes.All outside walls are in laterite masonry and inside walls in single brick masonry.

Plastering

Cement mortar for inside and outside walls.

Flooring

Vitrified tile of size 60 X 60 cm for the entire inside area.

Doors

Teak wood front doors. Hard wood frames with molded flush door shutters for inside doors. PVC door for toilet

Windows

Powder coated Aluminum frames with MS. Grill and heat resisting glass.

Kitchen

Granite platform, Stainless steel sink and glazed tile dadoing upto 2’ height above the platform.

Toilet

Antiskid ceramic tile flooring and glazed tiles upto ceiling. Concealed piping and white colored sanitaryware, quality C.P fittings with mixers. Provision for geyser and exhaust fan.

Inside wall  with putty finish. Quality emulsion for inside walls. Quality exterior paint for outside walls.
